Composition requirements of feed machinery
Feed machinery in the production process is mainly composed of feeding, mixing, granulation, transmission and lubrication system. Feeder for feed machinery

The speed regulating motor is composed of three-phase asynchronous AC motor, eddy current clutch and tachometer generator. It is used in conjunction with JZT controller, and its output speed can be changed by JDIA type electromagnetic speed regulating motor controller.
Reducer for feed machinery
The feeding reducer adopts cycloid pin wheel reducer with a reduction speed ratio of 1.10, which is directly connected with the speed regulating motor to reduce speed, so that the effective speed of the feeding auger is controlled between 12 and 120 r/min.
Feed auger for feed machinery
The feeding auger is composed of auger barrel, auger shaft and bearing with seat. The auger plays the role of feeding, and the rotating speed is adjustable, that is, the feeding amount is variable, so as to achieve the rated current and output. The auger shaft can be extracted from the right end of the auger cylinder for cleaning and maintenance.
The compound feed formula has a variety of raw materials and is nutritious, which can prevent animals from choosing their favorite food from the powder and refusing to take in other ingredients. Because the pellet feed can maintain uniformity in the process of storage, transportation and feeding, feeding loss can be reduced by 8% ~ 10%.
